So, you FINALLY booked your boudoir experience and now you are worried about not knowing on how to prepare. Not to worry, I am going to tell you the top 3 most important tips EVERY woman should be doing to help prepare them for their photoshoot. Fun fact, if you book a session with our team, you will receive our boudie prep guide which covers how to fully prepare for your session.

TIP NUMBER 1: Stretch

Now, I know what you are thinking. I booked a photo shoot why do I need to stretch for it? What most people don't realize is that posing for boudoir images actually uses a lot of muscles that you may not being using on the everyday basis. I promise, stretching will help make a difference. Some areas to focus on are your back, neck, and pointing your toes.

TIP NUMBER 2: Hydrate

It is crucial for you to up your water intake leading up to your photoshoot. This will help keep your skin clear and give you a nice glow.

TIP NUMBER 3: Arrive with a clean dry face and hair

Professional Hair and makeup are common with most boudoir studios. With that said, coming to the studio with clean dry hair and a clean dry face will help give the artist a blank canvas to work with. If you have a favorite skin care routine, you can do that in the morning, but we prefer nothing more than that.
